Bulk Shipping Label Download

Purpose
This SOP describes the standardized process for downloading bulk shipping labels from the eShipz platform. It ensures efficiency, accuracy, and consistency in retrieving multiple shipment labels for printing and dispatch.

Scope
This procedure applies to all personnel involved in shipment processing, dispatch operations, warehouse management, or customer order fulfillment who utilize eShipz for generating and downloading shipping labels.

Prerequisites
Before downloading labels in bulk, ensure:
  1. The shipments have been successfully created in eShipz .
  2. Carrier allocation is completed for each order.
  3. You have active login credentials for eShipz .
  4. Printer settings and label format requirements are confirmed (e.g., PDF, 4x6, A4).
Procedure

Login to the eShipz Dashboard

  1. Go to the eShipz Dashboard login page (https://app.eshipz.com/login).
  2. Enter the email address shared with you via official communication.
  3. Enter the password provided in the same email.
  4. Click the Login button.

Once logged in, you will be able to view the Main dashboard containing order, shipment metrics, and reports.


Navigate to the Order

In the main menu, go to Order, then Select Un-Shipped then you will able to see the all unshipped order.

In the unshipped order select the orders you can want to create a shipment the click on Create Shipments


Once you click on "Create Shipment," if there is any error, an error message will be displayed saying "Please fill the mandatory Data." Any missing details will be highlighted in red.

Once all the details are filled then click on  Show Automation Filters
Then fill Apply service to All Orders then click on Ship Order then Immediately click on Check status


Then you will see the success message then download the Label


Generate Labels
