From this date onward, eShipz will retain customer data for a maximum period of one (1) year.
eShipz will retain data for up to 12 months from the date of data creation.
Any data older than one year will be automatically removed from the platform.
Once removed, such data will no longer be accessible, retrievable, or viewable through the eShipz application or reports.
