Fedex ETD Documents upload - Steps

FedEx ETD: 

FedEx Electronic Trade Documents (ETD) is an international shipping solution that allows you to submit your customs documentation electronically.

eShipz, as a Certified FedEx Compatible Solution now supports ETD at both At/Post shipment level file upload.


  • It is necessary to upload the trade documents and arrange a pickup on the same day
  • Applicable only for manual shipment creation
  • For AT SHIPMENT FedEx generated documents, it is expected to upload Signature and Letterhead on My Shipments page








  • Label Setting:  With the new Label Settings option, users can now specify as to who will be responsible to pay Duties and Freight charges. This is applicable for FedEx carrier alone. Users can save the payor information on Shipper Account and generate label.
