How can I automatically update the order status to from "Unpaid" to "Paid" in shopify store once the shipment is delivered?
This article will help to understand the detailed steps that need to be followed in order to change the order status from “Unpaid” to “Paid” in your Shopify store through the eShipz platform.
Step 1: Login to eShipz account.
Step 2: Navigate to settings and select sales channel.
Step 3: Click on shopify store.
Step 4: Enable the checkbox labeled “Mark delivered orders as paid.”
Note: Please ensure that tracking is enabled to allow the status from upaid to paid to be updated automatically. Once enabled, the status will be changed from "Unpaid" to “Paid” automatically for all the delivered shipments, regardless of whether the order is prepaid, COD, or partially paid.
