Step-1: Log in to your eShipz account.
Step-2: Navigate to the Shipments NDR page, refer image.
Step-4: Select the shipments for which you want to initiate an NDR (Non-Delivery Report) action.
Step-5: Click on the NDR Request icon on the top right, refer image.
Step-6: Choose the appropriate NDR action from the dropdown menu, refer image.
Step-7: Enter the preferred date and time, then click Send.
Step-8: The request will be submitted, and a success message will be displayed.
