How to update status back to sales channel?

This FAQ helps explain how to update the status back to the sales channel (shopify, woocommerce etc), ensuring that the status reflects accurately on sales channel.

Step-1: Log in to your eShipz account.
Step-2: Go to the "Shipments Forward" section.


Step-3: Select the shipment for which you want to update the status back to the sales channel.
Step-4: Click on the relevant icon (please refer to the image). then,The status will be updated to the sales channel, and a success message will be displayed.
