How To Cancel Shipment In New UI?
Follow the steps below to cancel a shipment in the eShipz New UI.
Step 1: Log in to eShipz
Log in to your eShipz account using your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to the Shipments Page
From the left navigation menu, go to Fulfillment → Shipments.
Step 3: Open the Shipment
The Shipments page will be displayed. Locate the shipment you want to cancel.
Step 4: Click the Cancel Option
Click the three-dot (⋮) menu corresponding to the shipment and select Cancel.
Step 5: Confirm the Cancellation
A confirmation pop-up will appear. Click Confirm to proceed with the shipment cancellation.
Step 6: Cancellation Successful
Once you click Confirm, the shipment will be cancelled successfully, and a confirmation message will be displayed.
