How to create shipments in new UI?
Step 1: Log in to Your eShipz Account
Log in to your eShipz account using your registered credentials.
After logging in, you will be redirected to the eShipz dashboard.
Step 2: Navigate to the Orders Page
From the left navigation menu:
Fulfillment → Orders
Click on Orders to view all the synchronized and manually created orders available for shipment processing.
Step 3: Open the Order
Once you click Orders, you will be redirected to the Orders page.
Step 4: Select Create Shipment
For the required order:
- Click on the three-dot (⋮) menu beside the order.
- Select Create Shipment.
This will open the shipment creation page.
Step 5: Verify and Update Shipment Details
After clicking Create Shipment, you will be redirected to the Forward Shipment page.
On this page, review all shipment information carefully before proceeding.
You can verify the following details:
- Pickup Address
- Delivery Address
- Customer Information
- Product Details
- Order Value
- Payment Type (COD/Prepaid)
- Invoice Details
- Weight
- Dimensions (Length, Breadth, Height)
If required, you can edit any incorrect information before generating the shipment.
You can also:
- Update the shipment weight.
- Modify the package dimensions.
Step 6: Fetch Available Courier Partners
Click the Fetch Now button.
Step 7: Select a Courier and Ship the Order
After clicking Fetch Now, the system displays the list of all eligible courier partners for the shipment.
Step 8: Shipment Generated Successfully
Once the shipment is created successfully, a confirmation popup will appear displaying a message such as:
"Courier Assigned Successfully."
From this popup, you can perform the following actions:
Download Shipping Label
Click Download Label to download and save the shipping label.
You can print and attach this label to the shipment package before handing it over to the courier.
Update Status to Sales Channel
If the shipment belongs to an integrated sales channel, click Update Status to synchronize the shipment details, including the AWB number and tracking information, back to your sales channel.
Note: This option is not available for manually created orders.
