How to do tracking registration in new UI?

How to do tracking registration in new UI?

This feature helps you track shipments that were created on other platforms.

Step 1: Login to your eShipz account.
Step 2: Navigate to Fulfillment > Shipment


Step 3: Click on Upload Tracking.




Step 4: Download the Excel file template.



Step 5: Fill in all the mandatory columns such as:
  1. Carrier ID
  2. Order ID
  3. Tracking Number
  4. Sender Details
  5. Receiver Details
  6. Other necessary shipment details

Step 6: Save the completed Excel file.
Step 7: Upload the saved file in the Upload Tracking section.
Step 8: Once the file is uploaded successfully, a success message will be displayed, and the shipment details will reflect on the Shipments page.

Note: If the file is not uploaded successfully or if you encounter any error, kindly recheck the Excel file details and upload the file again.
