How To Download Unprocessed Orders from The New UI?

This article explains how to download the Unprocessed Orders report from the eShipz New UI.

Step 1: Log in to Your eShipz Account

Sign in to your eShipz account using your valid credentials.



Step 2: Navigate to the Orders Page

Go to Fulfillment → Orders.



Step 3: Open the Unprocessed Orders Tab

Click on the Unprocessed tab to view all unprocessed orders.


Step 4: Download the Orders

Select the required orders (or click Select All to choose all unprocessed orders), and then click the Download icon.


Step 5: View the Downloaded Report

The report will be downloaded successfully. Open the downloaded Excel file to view the list of unprocessed orders.

Note: The downloaded Excel file will contain all the selected unprocessed orders available at the time of download.
