How to Enable OTP Mandatory for Bluedart in eShipz

Purpose

This SOP provides step-by-step instructions for eShipz customers to enable OTP (One-Time Password) Mandatory delivery for their Bluedart courier. OTP Mandatory ensures secure delivery by requiring the delivery agent to collect an OTP from the customer before handing over the parcel.

Scope

This procedure applies to all eShipz customers who wish to enable for Bluedart courier OTP-based verification for their shipments. Once enabled, all subsequent deliveries will require the delivery agent to verify the OTP with the customer before completing the delivery.

Prerequisites

Before enabling OTP Mandatory delivery, ensure you have:

✓ An active eShipz account with valid login credentials 
✓ Enabled with Bluedart Courier Partner
✓ This will only work on Custom label 4*6

Step-by-Step Procedure: Enabling OTP Mandatory

Step 1: Login to Your eShipz Account

1.  Open the eShipz platform (https://app.eshipz.com/login)

2. Enter your registered email address and password

3.  Click the "Login" button

What you should see: Your eShipz dashboard

Step 2: Navigate to Settings

Click on the settings and then select the Carriers.

Step 3: Go the shipper account.

Click on the Bluedart courier then select the pencil button:

Step 4: Enable OTP Mandatory Option

Click on Credentials.

Step 5: Configure OTP Preferences

Select the checkbox and "Enable Delivery OPT"


Step 6: Go to Label Settings

Select the Bluedart Custom label 4*6 and Enter the message <h4>OTP Mandatory</h4>



Step 7: Validate and Save

Click on check box of I Agree to the Terms and Conditions of the Carrier and click on validate and save.
