How to Generate Shipment Reports in eShipz?

Generating shipment reports in eShipz allows you to gain valuable insights into your shipping operations, track performance, analyze costs, and reconcile data. This guide will walk you through the process of accessing and generating various shipment-related reports

Steps to Generate Shipment Reports:

Step 1 : Login to your eShipz Accounts



Step 2: Navigate to the Reports Section under Main Menu
Step 3: Click Shipment Reports


Step 4: Apply Filters and Date Range
  • After selecting a report type, you will typically find various filtering options to narrow down your data.
    Common filters include:
    • Date Range: This is a crucial filter. Select the start and end dates for the period you want the report to cover.
    • Courier Partner: Filter data for specific carriers.
    • Tracking Status: Filter by status like "Delivered," "In Transit," "RTO," etc.
    • Order Source: Filter by the source of your orders(Excel,Manual,API,configured Sales channel etc).
    • AWB Number: Search for specific shipments by comma separated Awbs.
  • Select or enter your desired filters to customize the report data.

Step 5: Download the reports.
1) Option A: Generate and Download Directly:
  1. A download link will be generated on the same page, along with the timestamp of when the report was generated.
  2. Click it to download the report.


2) Option B: Email the Report.
  • Add an email ID (or multiple email IDs) where the generated report can be directly sent.
  • Click on a button like "Generate & Email Report."
  • The report will be processed and sent to the specified email address(es) with a downloadable link.
Step 6: Save & Archive:
  1. Download and save important reports for future reference and auditing purposes.
