How to import orders from Amazon marketplace?

Please follow the below steps -


Step 1: Log in to your Amazon Marketplace Portal
Step 2: Click on the Menu option. Refer to the image below for reference


Step 3: Navigate to Orders → Order Reports


Step 4: Select FBM Orders


Step 5: Select the required date range for which you want to import the orders, and click on Request


Step 6: Once the report is generated, it will be available under the Download Reports section. Click on Refresh and download to download the report.



Step 7: Click on Download to download the generated order report.



Step 8: Login to your eShipz Dashboard

Step 9: Click on Settings > Click on Sales channel 



Step 10: Next click on Amazon 



Step 11: Click on Amazon Store



Step 12: Select the appropriate file and upload it



Step 13: Once the file is uploaded successfully, the orders will appear under the Unshipped Orders section.



Step 14: All your orders are now imported to eShipz.
