How to reset the eShipz password if forgotten?


This article helps you with steps on how to reset your eShipz password 
Step 1: Open the eShipz login page.
Step 2: Click Forgot Password.



Step 3: Enter your eShipz User ID and click Reset Password.


Step 4: A new password will be generated and shared with you via email. Below is the sample email that you will receive. 


Step 5: Log in to your eShipz account using the password you have just received. Alternatively, follow the steps below to create a new password that is easier for you to remember.

Step 6: Click on the Profile icon.



Step 7: Navigate to the Your Profile tab.


Step 8: Click the reset password button.


Step 9: A confirmation screen will appear asking if you want to reset your password. Click Reset to continue.


Step 10: On the Reset Password page, enter the password from the email in the Current Password field. Then, create a new password, re-enter it in the Confirm Password field, and click Update Password to complete the password reset.



Step 11: A success message will be displayed once your password has been updated. Click Login and enter your new password to access your eShipz account.
