How to reset password in New UI (for both master and child account)?

This article guides you through the process of resetting the password for Master and Child accounts in eShipz.

To reset the password for a Master account, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Log in to your eShipz account.

Step 2: Click on the Profile icon.

Step 3: Navigate to the Your Profile tab.

Step 4: Click the reset password button.

Step 5: Then you will get confirmation screen whether you want to reset the password there click on reset.

Step 8: You will be redirected to the password reset page. Enter your new password and click Save.

Step 9: Once the password is successfully reset, click Login and login using your new password.

To reset the password for a Child account, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Login to your eShipz account

Step 2: Go to Profile (top right corner) and click on Manage User

Step 3: Click on the Edit button corresponding to the required user

Step 4: Click on Reset Password, then select Reset

Step 5: A password reset email will be sent to the user’s registered email ID

Step 6: Go to the registered email and click on the Reset Password link

Step 7: You will be redirected to the password reset page—enter the new password and click on Save & Continue

The password will be successfully reset once the above steps are completed.
