How to Restore Cancelled Orders in the New UI?

Restoring cancelled orders is one of the most frequently requested features by customers. This functionality allows you to restore previously cancelled orders and continue processing them for shipment.

Follow the steps below to restore cancelled orders in the eShipz New UI:

Step 1: Log in to your eShipz account.

Step 2: Navigate to the Fulfillment> Orders page.

Step 3: Click on the Cancelled Orders tab to view all cancelled orders.

Step 4: Locate the order you want to restore. Click the three-dot (⋮) menu next to the order and select Restore.

Step 5: A confirmation message will be displayed once the order has been restored successfully.

Step 6: Navigate to the Orders page and verify that the restored order is now visible. You can proceed with shipment processing as required.
