How to sync your orders from all your sales channels on New UI?
This article explains how to manually sync all your latest orders from connected sales channels into your eShipz account with a single click.
đ Steps to Sync Orders

Login to your eShipz account.

From the left panel, navigate to Fulfilment.

Click on Orders.
-
On the Orders page, click the Refresh button (located on the top right corner).

All the latest orders from your connected sales channels will now be synced to your eShipz account.
âšď¸ Important Notes

If there are no new orders in your sales channel, no orders will appear after refreshing.

Ensure your sales channel integration is active and properly configured for order sync
