How to upload Serviceable Pincode list for a Carrier?

Follow the steps below to upload serviceable pincodes for an integrated carrier in eShipz.

Step 1: Log in to Your eShipz Account

Log in to your eShipz account using your credentials.


Step 2: Navigate to Carrier Integrations

Go to Settings → Integrations.


Step 3: Open Carrier Configuration

Click on Carrier Configuration.


Step 4: Select the Carrier

Choose the carrier for which you want to upload the serviceable pincodes. Ensure that the carrier is already integrated with your eShipz account.

Example: India Post.

Step 5: Open Active Services

Click on Active Services for the selected carrier.

Step 6: Navigate to Pincode Upload

Click on Additional Services, then open the Pincodes, EDD & AWB Uploads section.

Step 7: Download and Update the Template

Download the pincode upload template.

Enter the serviceable pincodes and the required details in the Excel file as per the prescribed format.

Note:

  • Ensure the data is entered in the correct format.
  • Avoid duplicate pincodes by verifying whether they already exist in the list before uploading.

Step 8: Upload the File

After updating the template, upload the completed Excel file back into the system.Once the upload is completed successfully, a confirmation popup will appear indicating that the file has been uploaded successfully.
