Define your Package size Setting

Purpose
This SOP defines the standardized process for creating and saving custom package sizes within the eShipz. It ensures accuracy and consistency in package dimension entries to support proper rate calculation, carrier selection, and label generation.

Scope
This process applies to all warehouse, operations, and logistics team members who configure package dimensions for shipments in eShipz.

Prerequisites
Before creating a custom package size:
  1. Confirm the dimensional measurements (Length, Width, Height) of the package.
  2. Ensure measurement units match eShipz requirements.
  3. Verify the weight (if needed) and applicable packaging type you can define Small, Large or Medium.
  4. Ensure you have necessary login access to the eShipz platform.

Procedure

Login to the eShipz Dashboard
Steps 1:
  1. Go to the eShipz Dashboard login page (https://app.eshipz.com/login).
  2. Enter the email address shared with you via official communication.
  3. Enter the password provided in the same email.
  4. Click the Login button.

  1. Once logged in, you will be able to view the Main dashboard containing order, shipment metrics, and reports.

Step 2: Go to Settings
In My warehouse, click on Package Settings.




Step 3: Create a New Custom Size

“Click Custom, then enter your chosen box name or size so you can easily identify it. Next, enter the packet’s Length, Width, Height, and Weight.” then SAVE.
