  1. EDD Configuration

NDR (GATI)

Users can now perform ALT instructions for GATI shipments.
REATTEMPT: User can make the RE-ATTEMPT for the selected shipments through GATI carrier [Refer Image No:1.1]

RTO: Users can make the RTO for the selected shipments through GATI carrier [Refer Image No:1.2]

EDIT_DETAILS: Users can make the EDIT_DETAILS for the selected shipments through GATI carrier [Refer Image No:1.3]

EDD configuration

We have 4 types of EDD configurations
  1. Courier PartnerEDD
  2. Uploaded SLA
  3. eShipz EDD
  4. Combination EDD
Courier Partner EDD: Users can now configure EDD based on their courier Partner . [Refer Image No:2.1]

Uploaded SLA:  User can upload their own SLAs to configure EDD through Uploaded SLA [Refer Image No:2.2]

eShipz EDD: We have provided the provision to configure ‘eShipz EDD’ [Refer Image No:2.3]

Combination EDD

Users can now configure Combination EDD based on priority.

EDD checkbox

The provision is provided where the user can enable the EDD settings on UI. On carrier settings page check the ‘Enable EDD’ checkbox [Refer Image No:2.5]

Upload Pincode

We now have an option to configure SLA Days attribute under upload pincode in carrier settings page [Refer Image No:2.6]

User has to enable the EDD checkbox and upload the pincodes along with the attribute SLA Days. Now, while creating shipments, after fetching the service, the EDD would be displayed based on the SLA Days given for specific pincode.[Refer Image No:2.7]

The same would be displayed in the shipments page as well after shipment creation. [Refer Image No: 2.8]
