How to reset the eShipz password if forgotten?


This article helps you with steps on how to reset your eShipz password 
Step 1: Open the eShipz login page.
Step 2: Click Forgot Password.



Step 3: Enter your eShipz User ID and click Reset Password.


Step 4: A new password will be generated and shared with you via email. Below is the sample email that you will receive. 


Step 5: Log in to your eShipz account using the password you have just received. Alternatively, follow the steps below to create a new password in your account after logging in.

Step 6: Click on the Profile icon as shown in the below image.


Step 7: Add your new password and Click save.
