How to create a Reverse shipment?

Method-1

Step-1: Sign in to eshipz account

Step-2: Go to dashboard and click on the "Orders"

Step-3: Under "Orders" section, select "Shipped Orders"

Step-4: Choose the specific order for which you want to create a reverse shipment

Step-5: On the right-hand side, click on the "Reverse Truck" icon as highlighted in the below image

Step-6: Click on "Fetch Services" and select a courier partner

Step-7: Click on book and generate label

Step-8: Now, you can download the label with AWB number.



Method-2

Step-1: Sign in to eshipz account

Step-2: Go to dashboard and click on the "shipments"

Step-3: Under "shipments" section, select "Forward"

Step-4: Click on the "Delivered" option as highlighted in the image


          


Step-5: Choose the specific order for which you want to create a reverse shipment

Step-6: On the right-hand side, click on the three-dot icon as highlighted in the below image and select the "Create Reverse Shipment" option 

Step-7: Click on "Fetch Services" and select a courier partner

Step-8: Click on book and generate label

Step-9: Now, you can download the label with AWB number.



Method-3

Step-1: Sign in to eshipz account

Step-2: Go to dashboard and click on the "create shipment"

Step-3: Under "create shipment", select "Reverse"

Step-4: Enter all the details and package dimensions as required

step-2: Select fetch services and choose courier partner

step-3: Click on book and generate label

step-4: Now, you can download the label with AWB number.
