eShipz — Blue Dart Carrier B2C and B2B Setup Guide
Step-by-step walkthrough with screenshots. Red boxes in each image mark where to click.
Go to Settings → Carrier Configuration. Use the search box to type the carrier name (e.g. "blue").
Typing "blue" narrows the "Other Carriers" grid to Blue Dart, BlueCard Express, and RyBlue Logistics. Click the Blue Dart tile to start the setup wizard.
On the Account Configuration tab, enter an Alias Name to easily identify this carrier account during shipment booking and operations, and select the Account Type (Production or Testing/Sandbox).
Click Next to continue to Credentials.
The Credentials tab shows a Service Type list on the left
Note : The Credentials will be given by the carrier team as
per the aggrement or Contract made by the customer.

On the right, fill in the following fields:
• License Key

• Customer Code
• Login Id
• Service Type
• Tracking Token
• Allowed Edl Services
• Default Incoterm
• Default Hsncode
• Reverse Qc Questions
A link “For International List Of Blue Dart Remote Area Pincodes” is available just below these fields for reference.
Set the following toggles based on your operational needs:
|
Setting |
What it does |
|
Allow Ras Shipments |
Allows delivery to remote-area pincodes (this may add an extra remote-area surcharge). A link below the checkbox lets you look up the remote-area pincode list. |
|
Enable Vendor Code |
Passes a unique ID to Blue Dart for billing identification — useful if you have multiple pickup locations. |
|
Enable Forward Pickup Token |
Auto-schedules pickup for forward shipments created. |
|
Enable Force Pickup Token |
Auto-schedules pickup for every shipment created. |
|
Disable ToPay Auto Pickup |
Turns off automatic pickup scheduling specifically for ToPay shipments (auto-pickup is on by default). |
|
Disable Reverse Auto Pickup |
Turns off automatic pickup scheduling for reverse shipments (auto-pickup is on by default). |
|
Enable Delivery OTP |
Sends an OTP to the recipient at delivery, used to confirm delivery. |
|
Is Central Account |
Enables all-India pickup as a forward shipment from any location (otherwise Blue Dart only ships from the registered warehouse, unless you use "ToPay shipments" for other locations). |
|
Use Uploaded Pincodes |
Uses the pincode list you've uploaded instead of the carrier's default serviceable pincodes. |
|
Is Intl Cargo Account |
Marks this account as an international cargo account. |
|
Enable Neutral Delivery Services |
Enables neutral (carrier-agnostic) delivery service options. |
This step is optional and entirely based on your preference. Under Label Settings, pick the label layout you want. Click "How does it look?" next to any format to preview a sample. If none is selected, eShipz defaults to the Blue Dart Custom – Default Label (A5/A4) after the shipment is created.
Uploading a logo: Above the label list, you can browse and upload a PNG/GIF/JPEG logo. This only applies to the Custom – Label + Invoice (Portrait/Landscape) and Custom – 4"x6" Thermal Printer label formats — otherwise labels print without a logo.
Shipper Settings (further down the same tab) let you hide specific details on the printed label:
• Hide Shipper Address / Name / Company / Entire Shipper Details
• Hide Entire Return Address
• Hide Invoice Value
This step is optional. If left blank, defaults will be used.
• Product Mask — Enter a value here to display a generic name on the label instead of the actual item being shipped. If left blank, the actual item name is shown on the label by default.
• Message — Text entered here appears at the bottom of the label. If left blank, no message is shown by default.
“Shipper Setting”
This step is optional. On the POC tab, you may add the name, phone number, designation, and email address of the contact person for this carrier account (used for operations, support, escalation, and pickup coordination). Toggle Set As Default POC if this should be the primary contact. You can skip this step and add a POC later if you don't have the details on hand.
Review the Carrier Terms and Conditions, check "I have read and agree to the carrier Terms and Conditions," then click Complete.
Once saved, eShipz shows a "Service added successfully" confirmation and takes you to the Service Configuration summary, where all five setup steps (Account Configuration, Credentials, Label Settings, POC, Terms & Conditions) show green checkmarks. Two additional optional sections are also available here:
• Pincode, EDD & AWBs Uploads
• Freight Audit Settings
Finally, the Blue Dart account appears as an Active service under Service Configuration → Active Services, ready to use for shipment creation.
You can now create shipments using the configured Blue Dart carrier.
