Steps to integrate DTDC LTL carrier

Step 1: Log in to your eShipz account.

 
            


Step 2: Navigate to Settings.

       


Step 3: Click on Carriers.

               


Step 4: On the Shipper Accounts page, click the “+” icon at the top-right corner.

          


Step 5: Select DTDC LTL from the list of available carriers.


Step 6: Enter all the required details:

  • Description, Customer Code, API Key, Password, Service Type, Pay Basis, Pickup Hub Code, Tracking Token, Risk Surcharge Type


Step 7: Label Settings

  • Multiple label formats are available.

  • To preview a sample template, click “How Does it look?” beside each format name.

  • Select the required format.

  • If no option is selected, the default label will be generated in DTDC LTL Custom-Default Label (A5/A4) format after shipment creation.


  • You can upload your logo to appear on the labels.

  • Supported formats: PNG, GIF, JPEG.

  • Note: Logo upload is not applicable for DTDC LTL Custom-Default Label (A5/A4) format.

  • If no logo is uploaded, labels will be generated without a logo.

Step 9: Product Mask

  • By default, the description of items is displayed on the label.

  • To mask this with a custom name, enter the desired value in the Product Mask field.

  • This value will be displayed instead of the actual items being shipped.

Step 10: Message

  • The text entered in this field will appear at the bottom of the label.

Step 11: Shipper Settings

Enable the checkboxes as required:

  • Hide Shipper Address On Label → hides shipper address.

  • Hide Shipper Name On Label → hides shipper name.

  • Hide Shipper Company On Label → hides shipper company name.

  • Hide Entire Shipper Details On Label → hides all shipper details.

  • Hide Entire Return Address On Label → hides return address.

  • Hide Invoice Value On Label → hides invoice value.



Step 12: Tick the checkbox “I Agree to the Terms & Conditions of the Carrier”, then click Validate and Save.


Step 13: A confirmation message “Updated credentials Successfully!” will appear on the Shipper Accounts page.


DTDC LTL integration is now successfully completed.
