Steps to integrate eShipz connector in Unicommerce

This guide provides the necessary steps to set up eShipz as a shipping provider within your Unicommerce (Uniware) account. This integration is essential for automating AWB generation, label printing, and tracking for orders processed through Uniware.
Prerequisites
  1. An active eShipz account with your courier partners already integrated.
  2. Your eShipz API credentials (User Name and Password), which are provided by the eShipz team.
  3. An active Unicommerce (Uniware) account.
Step 1: Add eShipz as a Shipping Provider in Uniware
  1. Log in to your Uniware account.
  2. Navigate to Settings Shipping Providers (or Shipping Shipping Providers).

     3. Click on the "Add Shipping Provider" button.

    4. Search for "eShipz" (or "eShipz (LOGIQ LABS)") and click to select it.

Step 2: Fill in General Information and Credentials

You will be presented with a configuration screen where you need to input the necessary details for the integration.

Step 3: Configure Serviceability and Shipping Methods

This section tells Uniware how to use eShipz for both forwarding and reverse logistics.

  1. Serviceability:

    • Set Serviceability to "Any Facility to Any Place" (recommended for broad use). Alternatively, you can define specific Pincode serviceability if needed.

  2. Forward Shipment Methods:

    • Click "Add Shipping Method" for Forward Shipments.

    • Create two separate shipping methods: Prepaid and COD (Cash on Delivery).

    • For AWB Generation, select "API" for both methods. This ensures the AWB number is fetched directly from eShipz.

  3. Reverse Shipment Methods (Optional):

    • If you handle returns, click "Add Shipping Method" for Reverse Shipments.

    • Create a method for ReversePickup-Prepaid.

    • Set AWB Generation to "API".

Step 4: Now save the detail by pressing button Save and Next.

Step 5: Click on Connectors and update the credentials for API settings, will be provided by the Eshipz team for every seller.

Note:  Add this under Service type: slug|vendor id|service type|p,slug|vendor id|service type|c (Slug, vendor id and service type of the customer-configured carrier.)
