Steps to Integrate Magento

This document covers the standard operating procedures for using the eShipz Smart Dashboard to manage logistics operations, including carrier integration.

Purpose:

The purpose of this document is to guide users through the complete setup and operational workflow of the eShipz Smart Dashboard, ensuring efficient logistics management from a single platform.

Procedure and Steps

1. Login to the Dashboard

Purpose: To access the dashboard and begin using eShipz features.

Steps:
  1. Go to the eShipz Smart Dashboard login page (https://app.eshipz.com/login).
  2. Enter the email address shared with you via official communication.
  3. Enter the password provided in the same email.
  4. Click the Login button.

  1. Once logged in, you will be able to view the main dashboard containing order, shipment metrics, and reports.


2. Add a Contracted Carrier Partner

Purpose: To integrate third party logistics providers for shipping operations.

Steps:
  1. Click on the Settings tab.
  2. Navigate to the Carriers option.

  1. Click the plus icon to add a new carrier.

  1. Select the desired carrier from the list.


  1. Enter the required API credentials or authentication details.

  1. Choose the label type based on preference.
  2. Upload your company logo.

  2. Click Validate and then Save.




  1. The carrier is now successfully added and ready for use.

3. Add and Sync Sales Channels

Purpose: To import orders from integrated sales platforms.

Steps:
  1. On the Magento dashboard click on ‘SYSTEM’ and then choose ‘Integrations’ under Extensions
  1. On Integrations page, click on Add New Integration button


  1. On New Integration page,

  1. Enter the ‘Name’ preferably eShipz
  2. Enter the password of the store under ‘Your Password’ 
  1. Under ‘Resource Access’ select ‘All’ and click on Save button

  1. A new integration gets created, now need to Activate the added integration
  1. Click on ‘Activate’ hyperlink

  1. Click on ‘Allow’ button

  1. Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Access Token, Access Token Secret will be pre-filled in the page, click on ‘Done’ button, then go to Integration ‘Status’ changes to Active.

  2. Click on ‘Edit’ icon and scroll to the bottom of the  page till Integration Details
  1. Where you will  find the credentials 
  2. Then go back to eShipz and click on the Settings tab.
  3. Go to the Sales Channel section.


    1. Select Magento
Then enter the respective info and save channel settings. 

Sync and Ship Orders
Steps: Sync your Orders:
  1. Navigate to the Orders tab.
  2. Click on Un-shipped
  1. Click the Refresh icon to sync the latest orders.

Steps to Create Shipment:
  1. In the Orders tab go to Unshipped and then select the Order then click on Create Shipment.
  1. Enter additional shipment details if necessary.
  1. Click Fetch Services to retrieve shipping options.
  2. Select your preferred carrier.
  3. Click Book and Generate Label to confirm.
  1. Once the Label generated click on Download Label.

View Shipment Details
Steps:
  1. Navigate to the Shipments tab.
  2. Click on Forward to view the shipment details including weight and declared values.

Add Warehouse Address
Steps:
  1. Go to the Settings tab.
  2. Select Pick-Up Warehouses.
  3. Enter warehouse address and contact details.
  4. Click Save to store the information.
