What is User Management in New UI?

User Management is a Paid feature that allows organizations to create, manage, and control access for multiple users within a single account.

It has been introduced in the New UI to:

  • Provide better control over user access and permissions
  • Improve data security by restricting sensitive information
  • Enable team collaboration through structured roles (child users & profiles)
  • Offer a more scalable system for growing businesses managing multiple users

1. What is User Management in the New UI?

User Management allows you to:

  • Add and manage child users
  • Control access through user profiles
  • Organize users within your account

This feature is available only on the New (revamped) UI.

2. How do I access User Management?

Follow these steps:

  1. Click on the User icon at the top right corner



  2. Click on “Manage User”



  3. You will be redirected to the User Management page


3. What options are available on the User Management page?

On the User Management page, you will find two main options:

a. Add New User

  • Allows you to create a child user under your account
  • You can assign access and permissions as needed


b. Create Profiles

  • Allows you to define roles and permissions
  • Profiles help control what different users can view or access


4. Is User Management available on all UI versions?

No, User Management is supported only on the New (revamped) UI. It is not available on the Old (legacy) UI.

5. How are metrics calculated on NDR & NPR pages?

Metrics like:

  • Action Requested
  • Action Required
  • Delivered
  • RTO

are calculated only for the currently logged-in account.

👉 If a child user views parent account shipments:

  • Parent shipments will NOT be included in these metrics
  • Only the child account’s own shipments are counted

6. Can an Organization Admin edit all users?

No, an organization admin can only edit the users they have created.

The search functionality only works for:

  • Users created by the currently logged-in user
