Part 1: eShipz Configuration
Step 1: Log in to your eShipz account.
Step 2: Go to Settings.
Step 3: Select Sales Channel.
Step 4: Click on Zoho Inventory.
Step 5: Copy the Organisation ID from your Zoho Inventory store and paste it into the designated field in eShipz. Click Save Channel Settings.
Step 6: Click on the “Click Here” link visible at the top left.
Step 7: You will be redirected to the Zoho authorization page. Click Accept, then return to eShipz and click Save Channel Settings.
Part 2: Zoho Inventory – Workflow Rule Setup
Step 8: Log in to your Zoho Inventory account.
Step 9: Navigate to Settings and search for Workflow Rules.
Step 10: Click to create a new workflow rule and enter the following details
Workflow Rule Name: Workflow Rule 1.
Module: Sales order and click on next.
Step 11: Set Trigger Conditions
Workflow Type: Event-based
When Sales Order is: Created or Edited
Execute When: Any field is updated and Click Next.
Step 12: Filter the Trigger Criteria
Select Module: Sales Orders
Condition: Is Not Empty
Frequency: Every time
Step 13: Define the Action
Choose to Create a New Webhook
Name: Webhook 1 or eShipz
Module: Sales Order
URL:
(Copy and paste this URL in the webhook setup) replace the customer's store id and API token in this URL and click on save.
Zoho Inventory integration has been successfully completed.
