How to Add Pickup, Delivery, or RTO Warehouses in the New eShipz UI?
Warehouse List in eShipz help you manage Pickup, Delivery, and RTO (Return to Origin) addresses for your shipments. Follow the steps below to add a new warehouse in the New UI.
Step 1: Login to eShipz

Log in to your eShipz account using your registered credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Shipment Settings

From the left-side menu, click on Settings.

Under Settings, select Shipment Setup.
Step 3: Locate Warehouse Lists
Scroll down the Shipments Setup page to find the following sections:

Pickup Warehouse List
-
Delivery Warehouse List
-
RTO Warehouse List
-
-
Click on the relevant warehouse type you want to add.
Step 4: Add a New Warehouse

Click on the Add a Warehouse button.
Enter all required details such as:

Warehouse name
-
Address
-
City, state, and pincode
-
Contact details
-
-
Click Save to add the warehouse.
Step 5: Set Default (Primary) Warehouse (Optional but Recommended)
Once the warehouse is added successfully:

Click on the Home (🏠) icon next to the warehouse.

This sets the warehouse as your Primary (Default) address for creating shipments.
Success 🎉
Your Pickup, Delivery, or RTO warehouse has been successfully added and is now available for shipment creation.
