How to download report in new UI?

Step 1: Log in to eShipz account.
Step 2: Navigate to settings.


Step 3: Click on reports and finance.


Step 4: Click in shipment report.



Step 4: Apply Filters.
  1. After selecting a report type, you will typically find various filtering options to narrow down your data.
Common filters include:
  1. Date Range: This is a crucial filter. Select the start and end dates for the period you want the report to cover.
  2. Courier Partner: Filter data for specific carriers.
  3. Tracking Status: Filter by status like "Delivered," "In Transit," "RTO," etc.
  4. Order Source: Filter by the source of your orders(Excel,Manual,API,configured Sales channel etc).
  5. AWB Number: Search for specific shipments by comma separated Awbs.
Select or enter your desired filters to customize the report data.



Step 5: Download the reports.
1) Option A: Generate and Download Directly:
  1. A download link will be generated on the same page, along with the timestamp of when the report was generated.
  2. Click it to download the report.

2) Option B: Email the Report.
  1. Add an email ID (or multiple email IDs) where the generated report can be directly sent.
  2. Click on a button like "Generate & Email Report."
  3. The report will be processed and sent to the specified email address(es) with a downloadable link.
Step 6: Save & Archive:
Download and save important reports for future reference and auditing purposes.
