How to download the report?
This article provides a detailed explanation of the process to download both RTO (Return to Origin) shipments and Cancelled shipments, guiding you through each step to ensure accurate and efficient report generation.
To download RTO shipments report:
Step 1: Login to eShipz account.
Step 2: Navigate to reports and click on shipment report.
Step 3: Apply Filters and Date Range
Step 4: Click on generate report.
Step 5: Once the report is generated, download it by clicking on the "Link here" option.
To download cancelled shipments:
Step 1: Follow the above steps.
Step 2: Once the report is downloaded, open the Excel sheet and apply a filter under the Shipment Status column to display only the records marked as Cancelled.
