How to add users and who has the permission to add?

1. Who can add new users?

Only:

  • Admins, or
  • Users with permission to create child accounts

can add new users.
If you do not have the required permission, you will not be able to create users.

2. How do I add a new user?

Before adding a user, ensure you have created a Profile (e.g., Manager, Warehouse Staff, Supervisor).

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to the User Management page
  2. Click on “Add User”
  3. Select a Profile, and add Role & Designation
  4. Enter the User Details
  5. Allocate Label Credits:
    • You can allocate all credits, or
    • Assign a specific number of credits
  6. Click on “Create User”

3. What happens after creating a user?

  • The user will receive an email invitation
  • They need to set their password
  • Once done, they can log in and access their account

4. Where can I view the created users?

You can view all users on the User Management page.

Here you can also check:

  • User details
  • Account status:
    • Active
    • Inactive
    • Invited

5. Can I search or filter users?

Yes. You can:

  • Use Search to find specific users
  • Apply Filters to view users you have created
