The system isn't showing any courier options to generate the label. What should I do?

  • Pincode Serviceability: This is the most common reason. The courier partners you have integrated with may not service the customer's delivery pincode. 

  • Package Weight/Dimensions: The weight or dimensions entered for the package might exceed the limits set by your courier partners. Double-check and correct the package details.

  • COD vs. Prepaid: The order might be a Cash on Delivery (COD) order, and your courier account for that location might not support COD services.

  • API Error: There may be a temporary issue with the courier's API. Wait a few minutes and try to "Fetch Services" again.
