The questionnaire consists of the following fixed questions:

- Does the Brand Match?
- Does the SKU Code Match?
3. Can the Reverse QC questionnaire be modified?
No. The questionnaire cannot be modified. These questions are predefined and are used by the carrier during the Reverse QC process.
4. Is the same questionnaire used for all carriers?
No. The Reverse QC questionnaire varies based on the carrier. Each carrier may have its own predefined set of questions.
