How to cancel a shipment on eShipz dashboard?
This article provides a comprehensive explanation of the complete process involved in cancelling a shipment, guiding you through each step in detail.
Step 1: Login to eShipz account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Shipments Forward page.
Step 3: Select the shipments you want to cancel.
Step 4: Click on the Cancel Shipment icon (refer to the image).
Step 5: A cancel shipment prompt will appear, please click on Cancel to proceed.
Step 6: Now, the shipment is cancelled. And you can view all the cancelled shipments under "Cancelled" Status tab.
