How to create reverse shipment in new UI?
Method-1
Step 1: Login to eShipz account.
Step 2: Navigate to fulfillment and click on order.
Step 3: Go to shipped orders page.
Step 4: Click on the three dots corresponding to the order you wish to create reverse shipment, then click on create reverse shipment option.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the Create reverse shipment page.
Step 6: Click on the Fetch Now button.
Step 7: Select the required courier service and then click on the Ship Order button.
Step 8: The shipment will be created successfully, and a confirmation message will be displayed.
The created shipment will be reflected on the Return page.
To view reverse shipments, please click on the Return option.
Method-2
Step 1: Login to eShipz account.
Step 2: Navigate to fulfillment and click on shipments.
Step 3: Go to shipments delivered page.
Step 4: Click on the three dots corresponding to the order you wish to create reverse shipment, then click on create reverse shipment option.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the Create reverse shipment page.
Step 6: Click on the Fetch Now button.
Step 7: Select the required courier service and then click on the Ship Order button.
Step 7: The shipment will be created successfully, and a confirmation message will be displayed.
The created shipment will be reflected on the Return page.
Method-3
Step 1: Login to eShipz account.
Step 2: Navigate to Return page.
Step 3: Click on create button.
Step 4: You will be redirected to the Create reverse shipment page.
Step 6: Click on the Fetch Now button.
Step 7: Select the required courier service and then click on the Ship Order button.
Step 7: The shipment will be created successfully, and a confirmation message will be displayed.
The created shipment will be reflected on the Return page.
