How to Create and Map your own Excel format for Order/Shipment Bulk Upload?

eShipz allows you to upload your own Excel file format for shipment processing. To ensure successful data import, you need to map your Excel columns to the required fields defined by eShipz.

Step 1: Hover over Excel Upload-> Click Shipments/Orders



Step 2: Under Manage Excel Mapping->Click add/edit excel


Step 3: Mapping - 
1. Prepare and Upload Your Excel File
  1. Ensure your Excel sheet is formatted and includes all necessary details like consignee name, address, pincode, country, etc. and click on select file to upload.


2. Map Your Excel Columns
  1. Match each column in your Excel file with eShipz’s required fields.
  2. This mapping ensures that the platform correctly reads and processes your data.


3. Select a Saved Mapper 
  1. From the dropdown menu, select your predefined mapper (if already saved) and click Save once you have mapped all the fields.

Step 4: Edit/Modify the fields
To modify the fields, re upload the same file and make the necessary changes and click Save.

Step 5:
a. Upload Your File
  1. Once the mapping is done, upload your Excel file to the system.
b. Country Field Validation
  1. Ensure that the country name mentioned in your Excel file exactly matches the country name used in eShipz (including the country code, if applicable).
This prevents data mismatches or upload failures.

You have successfully Mapped your own Excel.

Note: Incorrect mapping or mismatched country names may result in errors during upload. Always verify the format and field names before submitting the file.
