Troubleshooting Tips:
Always use the latest template: Templates can sometimes be updated. Always download a fresh template for each bulk upload to ensure compatibility.
Check for hidden characters or extra spaces: Sometimes, invisible characters or extra spaces in your Excel data can cause upload failures. Ensure data is clean.
Mandatory Fields: Double-check that all mandatory fields are filled accurately for every row.
Data Format: Verify that data in each column matches the expected format (e.g., dates in the correct format, numeric values for weight).
Do not change the column headers or add/delete columns. This will cause the upload to fail.
