How to take Bulk NDR action?

This article explains how to perform Bulk NDR Actions in eShipz to efficiently manage multiple non-delivery reports at once. This feature enables you to download a pre-filled NDR file containing AWB numbers and carrier information, specify the required actions for each shipment, and upload the updated file to process all requests in a single step.

Step 1: Log in to eShipz account.

Step 2: Navigate to the Shipments > NDR page.

Step 3: Click on Bulk NDR action.

Step 4: Click on NDR file download to get pre-filled awb number and carrier.

Step 5: Specify the appropriate action to be taken:

1. For RE-ATTEMPT, enter the preferred date and time in the "PreferTime" field.
   

1. For EDIT_DETAILS, to update the address, enter the new address in the "Address" field.

1. For EDIT_DETAILS, to update the alternate phone number, enter the number in the "Phone" field.

Step 6: Save the Excel file, click Select File, and then upload it.

Step 7: The request will be submitted, and a success message will be displayed.
