Steps to integrate shiprocket B2C carrier

Step 1: Login to Shiprocket.
Step 2: Navigate to API settings (Settings → API → Add New API User)
Step 3: Click on Create API user.
  1. In the pop-up form:
  2. Email address: enter unique email address.
    (Note: This must be different from the one used for your main Shiprocket login.)
  3. Modules to access: Select all.
  4. Buyer's details access: Choose Allowed or Not Allowed depending on your requirement.
Step 4: Click on create user to complete the process.
Step 5: The API user’s password will be sent to your registered email address.
            (Note: the one linked to your main Shiprocket account, not the API user email ID).
Step 6: Login to eShipz account.
Step 7: Navigate to settings.
Step 8: Click on carriers.


Step 9: Select Shiprocket from the list of available carriers.


Step 10: Enter all the required details: Description, API Username, API Password, Pickup location (enter username, password and pickup location ID received from shiprocket platform)


Step 11: Tick the checkbox "I Agree to the Terms & Conditions of the Carrier" and click on validate and save.


Step 12: “Updated credentials Successfully!” message will be displayed on ‘Shipper Accounts’ page.


Now, you can go ahead and create shipments for the configured Shiprocket carrier.
