An order has been canceled on my store, but it's still in eShipz.
Why a Canceled Order Still Appears in eShipz?
When an order is canceled on your store, you may still see it in eShipz. This happens because there is no automated cancellation sync between your store and eShipz.
Important Points to Note
One-way Sync of Open Orders:
During the initial store configuration, eShipz is set up to sync only open orders from your store.

No Cancellation Sync:
Orders canceled in your store do not automatically get canceled in eShipz.
Similarly, canceling an order in eShipz does not update its status in your store.
How to Cancel Orders
Since cancellations are not automated, you need to perform the cancellation manually:

At Your Store:
Cancel the order directly from your store platform (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
At eShipz:

Go to the Unshipped tab in your eShipz dashboard.

Select the order you want to cancel.

Cancel the order.

Once canceled, the order will be moved from the Unshipped tab to the Cancelled tab in eShipz.
Summary

Orders canceled in your store remain in eShipz unless you manually cancel them.

There is no automated cancellation sync between store ↔ eShipz.

You must cancel in both places to keep records aligned.
