Understanding Box Stickers and Their Use

What is a Box Sticker?

A Box Sticker is a label generated for each product in a multi-piece shipment. It helps in uniquely identifying and managing multiple boxes within the same shipment.

Availability of Box Sticker Option

1. The Box Sticker option is available only for B2B customers.
   
2. It is supported for API-integrated carriers such as Blue Dart, GATI, etc.
   
3. This option can be used only when the Default Label Format is selected for AWB printing.
   

How It Works

When a shipment consists of multiple boxes:

1. The system generates AWB/Docket copies for the shipment.
   
2. In addition, customers have the option to download box stickers separately, ensuring that each box in the shipment can be labeled and tracked correctly.
   

For example,

Suppose you are shipping an order with 5 boxes through Blue Dart (API-integrated carrier) using the Default Label Format:

1. The system will generate a single AWB/Docket copy for the shipment.
   
2. Along with it, you will have the option to download 5 individual box stickers.
   
3. Each sticker can then be attached to the respective box, making it easier to identify, scan, and manage during transit.
   

Note: Box sticker option will not be available for the customers who have configured Offline carriers has placeholders.

How to download Box sticker?

Step 1: Log in to eShipz account.

Step 2: Navigate to shipments forward page.

Step 3: Click on the three-dots icon next to the shipment for which you want to download the box sticker.

Step 4: Select the Box Sticker option, which will now be available, and proceed to download the stickers for all the products.
