How to reset your password if forgotten?

Step 1: Visit app.eshipz.com and click on "Forgot Password."


Step 2: Enter your User ID associated with the account and click on "Reset Password". A temporary password will be sent to your registered email address.


Step 3: Check your email for the new password, then return to app.eshipz.com and log in using your User ID and the temporary password received.
Step 4: Once logged in, navigate to Settings and click on Account Settings.


Step 5: In the Current Password field, enter the temporary password received via email.


Step 6: Enter your desired New Password and confirm it by entering the same in the Confirm Password field.


Step 7: Click on Save to update your password.


Step 8: You will be redirected to the login page. Now, log in using your User ID and the new password you just set.
