If Admin user wants to reset password in the new UI.
Follow the below steps to reset the password:
Step 1: Login to your eShipz account
Step 2: Go to Profile (top right corner) and click on Manage User
Step 3: Click on the Edit button corresponding to the required user
Step 4: Click on Reset Password, then select Reset
Step 5: A password reset email will be sent to the user’s registered email ID
Step 6: Go to the registered email and click on the Reset Password link
Step 7: You will be redirected to the password reset page—enter the new password and click on Save & Continue
The password will be successfully reset once the above steps are completed.
If a child user wants to reset their password, they can follow the below steps:
Step 1: Visit app.eshipz.com and click on “Forgot Password”
Step 2: Enter your User ID associated with the account and click on “Reset Password”
Step 3: A temporary password will be sent to your registered email address
Step 4: Check your email and note the temporary password
Step 5: Return to app.eshipz.com and log in using your User ID and the temporary password
Step 6: After logging in, navigate to profile on the top right corner and click on your email id.
Step 7: You will be redirected to the Profile Details page, where you can click on Reset Password.
Step 7: In the Current Password field, enter the temporary password received via email
Step 8: Enter your desired New Password and confirm it in the Confirm Password field
Step 9: Click on Save to update your password
Step 10: You will be redirected to the login page—log in again using your User ID and the new password
Password will be successfully updated, and you can continue using your account with the new credentials.
