How to update status back to sales channel in the New UI?

This FAQ helps explain how to update the status back to the sales channel (shopify, woocommerce etc), ensuring that the status reflects accurately on sales channel.

Step 1: Login to eShipz account.
Step 2: Navigate to Fulfillment > Shipment.


Step 3: Select the shipment for which you want to update the status back to the sales channel.
Step-4: Click on Bulk Actions, then select the Update Tracking Status option. Once completed, a success message will be displayed.




Note: Once done, the updated status should reflect in your sales channel or store.
